I took my truck in for AC repair I arrived around 8am I had brought my breakfast and lunch I was prepared to stay all day. My truck was diagnosed and I had a quote for repair in an 1 1/2 hours. I was blown away. Matt explained that my repair would take most of the day and offered me a loaner car. I am truly grateful for the courtesy extended to me. My truck was fixed as promised in a timely manner. I will be back and I will recommend this shop to others. The prices are reasonable and I got a good warranty to go with it. Excellent Job Guys

I am a very skeptical person and I normally don't trust mechanics in general when I need repairs to be done to any of my vehicles. Integrity are willing to always work with me on the repairs I need, no guess work and they are not pushing to oversell me anything. I love that they even return my old parts as I request it (many shops won't do that for me) and even use OEM parts when I need them. Very friendly, savvy and respectful. Never condescending or rude towards me or my wife, always a plus in my book.

Extremely satisfied with the staff who came to our rescue over the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend! My daughter who lives in Dallas, picked me up at the airport in Houston on Thanksgiving morning to visit her sister, my other daughter's family who now lives in Richmond, TX. I noticed right away that there was something seriously wrong with the older vehicle she was driving. After calling my husband and discussing our concerns, we made a plan for Friday morning. We first went to a shop in Katy, TX associated with a shop in Dallas where she had recently had new tires put on in September. We were hoping that maybe she had a bad tire causing severely loud road noise... and that it was not transmission noise we were hearing. That shop said it was not coming from the tires, but was a bad drivers-side front Wheel Bearing AND a bad Axle. We checked her records and contacted a previous shop from back home in WI who had done all vehicle maintenance on the vehicle before she moved to Dallas, less than two years ago. They said they would cover the parts for us. However, the Goodyear corporate shop in Katy would NOT install the parts we would provide, nor would they let the WI shop order in the necessary parts. Their price quote for the repairs was over $800, money my daughter could not afford right now. My son-in-law recommended Integrity Auto to us, as he had just had his car there recently and he was very satisfied. He felt we could trust them. We contacted them and they said they would work with us! If we could get the car there yet on Friday, get the parts there (we had it go into Houston to get the parts as they were harder to come by for her particular vehicle) they would have it ready for us Saturday, so we could drive back to Houston on Sunday! They spoke with the mechanic from the shop in WI and ironed out the labor to be billed to her. The shop in WI located the parts for us to go pick up. It all turned out extremely well and we are grateful to be able to write this review with such a happy ending!!! (Shared on GOOGLE too!) Thank You, and Happy Holidays!

My tires were nailed, and I just went to repair the tires. There is no charge, It’s amazing ，thank you very much!

If you're looking for an honest reputable shop for your car repairs put this on the top of your list. The service the atmosphere and the way you're treated is awesome these guys truly know their business and live by their name Integrity. Thanks guys
