I called the shop at 5:35 on a Friday evening with needing a tire replacement for my BMW and John was kind enough to order it and indicated it would be there by 9:30 next day. They called at that exact time to confirm the tire had been received and would take about 45 minutes to install. I was out of there in 25 minutes after arriving and both John and Matt were very friendly and helpful in getting this done on short notice. Kudos to the owner who was there at the time and gave me an extra discount. I will ALWAYS use Integrity for all my automotive needs and repairs! Don Hildreth
